Industrial air with a lifetime airend

The ELGi EG is a single-stage, oil-flooded rotary screw built for continuous plant duty from 15 to 300 HP. ELGi designs and builds its own eta-V airend, running it slow for efficiency and long life, and backs it with a lifetime airend warranty.

Every EG runs on a TEFC premium-efficiency motor with OSBIC three-stage oil separation for less than 1 ppm carry-over, and is rated for ambient temperatures up to 122°F. Choose fixed speed for steady demand, or VFD to follow your plant's load and cut energy use.
