Low pressure, high volume

Most plant air runs at 100 PSI or more, but many processes — glass blowing, aeration, conveying, fermentation, textile jets — only need 25 to 45 PSI. Running a standard compressor and throttling it down wastes energy. The KRSL is built for low pressure from the airend up, delivering up to 2,050 CFM.

Kaishan's SKYv airend uses a variable discharge port matched to low pressure, driven directly by a TEFC motor with wye-delta start. The MAM-200 controller sequences up to 16 compressors, and factory start-up is included.
