Ultra-pure air, modular and quiet
The nano NDL is a modular heatless desiccant dryer that delivers ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2 dirt (1 micron) and Class 2 water (-40°F pressure dew point). Twenty sizes cover 3 to 1,110 SCFM, for the compressor room, the point of use or built into equipment.
PLC-controlled solenoid valves and special exhaust silencers keep it quiet, and a digital display shows status, hours run and service due. Memory retention picks up mid-cycle after a power loss, and compressor synchronization stops the dryer — and its purge — when air is not needed. An after filter is built in on every model; 3 to 24 SCFM packages add an inlet water separator and floor or wall brackets.
